Who needs Benihana?! Kampai is teppan-style dining right here in Oxnard! Watching the chefs is fun, and all the ingredients are SO fresh. This is a real Japanese dining experience, from the chopsticks to the dipping sauces. (Last time I was there, you only got American silverware upon special request...I like that.) If you're into healthy eating, this is the place for you. Everything is cooked quickly so it retains its nutrition, and they use very little oil. A real find.
